  • Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Made Alive is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status.
  • Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Delays:

  • Due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, holidays), there may be delays in shipping. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are significant delays with your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at madealivebygrace@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at  madealivebygrace@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will do our best to assist you in locating the package or sending a replacement.
